In close collaboration with our F&B director, Luv Jankee, they offer you recipes paying homage to the classic culinary repertoire, with a few “twists” to combine tradition and singularity. The Bar
The imposing armchairs covered in buffalo hide and horn remind guests, if need be, that they are in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the capital of Camargue. Come into this intimate place where leather and hide furnishings emanate the wild and authentic warmth of the local bull ranches. Here, share a convivial moment with friends by savouring one of our digestive drinks. Earlier on in the evening, enjoy the cool air of our terrace and ask Luv – our Maître d’Hôtel – to concoct you the Vila de la Mar house cocktail, based on Cointreau, blackberry liqueur and Champagne.
